Author Fee(s)

To maintain transparency and sustainability of our publishing process, SIYAR Journal applies the following author fees:

1. Article Submission Fee: IDR 0

Authors are not charged any fee at the time of submission. Manuscripts may be submitted without payment, and they will proceed through the desk review and peer review stages free of charge.

2. Article Publication Fee: IDR 800,000

If a manuscript is accepted for publication after the peer review process, authors are required to pay a publication fee of IDR 800,000. This fee covers editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting, proofreading, and online hosting of the article to ensure open access availability.

3. Withdrawal Policy and Penalty

Submitting an article to SIYAR Journal implies that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another journal. Authors are expected to respect the integrity of the peer-review process.

• If an author withdraws the manuscript while it is under active review (after desk review and/or peer review has started), this is considered a violation of publishing ethics and causes unnecessary waste of editorial and reviewer resources.

• Therefore, authors who withdraw their manuscript during this stage will be subject to an administrative penalty of IDR 1,000,000.

• This penalty must be settled before the author(s) are allowed to make any future submissions to SIYAR Journal.

We kindly encourage authors to carefully consider their decision before submitting and to commit to the review process with professionalism and academic integrity.
